Who qualifies for the offer?
You'll receive this offer if you purchase a new HSBC Home Insurance policy in branch, over the phone or online from 14th October 2021. If you cancel either your buildings or contents cover or both within the first 30 days of your policy start date, you will not be eligible to benefit from this offer.
How will I know if I have won the prize praw?
Once you have gone 30 days passed your policy start date the prize draw will take place. If you win the prize draw you will receive an email whereby you will need to supply your bank details and the payment will be made within 30 days.
If you dont win the prize draw you will receive a How to Claim email where you can choose from one of the HSBC branded items.
If I win the prize draw and my premium is more than £400?
If your premium is more than £400 then you will receive the £400 only.
How do I choose my gift?
Simply select your chosen gift and enter your unique code and policy number and confirm your choice by clicking 'submit'. Your unique code can be found on your How to Claim email or letter.
Please note you will need to choose a gift within 30 days of receiving your How to Claim email or letter, at which point your login details will automatically expire. The expiry date will also be confirmed in the email or letter sent to you.
Can I choose my gift without internet access?
If you do not have internet access, please call the Marketing Lounge Partnership (MLP) on 01565 656 721 quoting your unique code and policy number and a member of the team will be happy to help you. The helpline is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm excluding public and bank holidays. Call charges may vary and calls may be recorded and monitored.

How and when will I receive my gift?
Your gift will be sent to the address that HSBC have for your policy within 30 days of selection. Gifts will be sent by The Marketing Lounge Partnership (MLP) who has been appointed by HSBC to manage this offer.

Once I have chosen my gift, can I change it?
No, once you have chosen your gift we will not be able to change this for you. Please make sure you read all the information available to you before selecting your gift.
