Who qualifies for the offer?

You'll receive this offer if you purchase a new HSBC Life Insurance policy online from 19th April 2021 and pay your first premium. If your Life Insurance policy is cancelled before you make your first payment, or you do not make your payment, you will not be eligible to benefit from this offer.
For joint policy applications, only one gift is available per policy.
If you apply for multiple policies during the offer period, you’ll only be able to benefit from one gift in total.

How do I choose my gift?

Simply go to the 'Choose your gift' tab, enter your unique code, choose your gift, and confirm your choice by clicking 'submit'. Your unique code can be found on your How to Claim email or letter.
Please note you will need to choose a gift within 60 days of the date on your Choice email or letter, at which point your login details will automatically expire. The expiry date will also be confirmed in the email or letter sent to you.

Can I choose my gift without internet access?

If you do not have internet access, please call The Marketing Lounge Partnership (MLP) on 01565 656 457 quoting your unique code and policy number and a member of the team will be happy to help you. The helpline is open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm excluding public and bank holidays. Call charges may vary, and calls may be recorded and monitored. Your unique code can be found on your How to Claim email or letter.

How and when will I receive my gift?

Once you have paid your first premium, you will receive an email or letter informing you that you qualify for the offer and when you can expect your gift to arrive. Gifts will be sent by The Marketing Lounge Partnership (MLP) who has been appointed by HSBC to manage this offer.

While we're currently maintaining our services, due to the ongoing circumstances around Coronavirus (COVID-19) our delivery lead times maybe longer based on the latest government advice. The safety of our colleagues and customers is always our top priority and we will keep you updated should anything change.

Once I have chosen my gift, can I change it?

Ordinarily, once you have chosen your gift, we will not be able to change this for you. Please make sure you read all the information available to you before selecting your gift.

If you have selected the Family Adventure or Hotel break for two and face difficulty booking due to lockdown restrictions, then you are able to switch your gift between the two (Family Adventure or Hotel break for two).

If you have any questions about your HSBC Life Insurance, please call 0345 745 6125. Lines are open 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm at weekends. On public holidays, opening hours may vary.
