Who qualifies for the offer?

You'll receive this offer if you purchase: A new HSBC Buildings & Contents Insurance policy, or are invited to renew your existing HSBC Buildings & Contents Insurance policy between 18th April 2023 and 12th June 2023.
For new customers, you must hold your policy for 30 days before you are eligible for the gift. For customers that are due to renew, you will be eligible for this offer regardless of whether you renew your policy or not.

How do I choose my gift?

Simply go to the 'Choose your gift' tab, choose your gift, enter your unique code and email address and confirm your choice by clicking 'submit'. Your unique code can be found on your How to Claim email or letter.
Please note, you will need to choose a gift within 60 days of the date on your choice communication. The expiry date will also be confirmed in the email or letter sent to you.

Can I choose my gift without internet access?

If you do not have internet access, please call The Marketing Lounge Partnership (MLP) on 01565 656 721 quoting your unique code and policy number and a member of the team will be happy to help you. The helpline is open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm excluding public and bank holidays. Call charges may vary, and calls may be recorded and monitored. Your unique code can be found on your How to Claim communication.

How and when will I receive my gift?

For new customers, once you have held your policy for 30 days you will receive your gift by email within 14 days. If you are an existing customer you will receive your gift within 30 days of making your choice and passing your renewal date.
Remember, you will still receive your gift even if you choose not to renew your policy. Gifts will be sent by The Marketing Lounge Partnership (MLP) who has been appointed by HSBC to manage this offer.

Once I have chosen my gift, can I change it?

Make sure you read the gifts before selecting. Once you have made your gift selection you will not be able to change it at a later date.

If you have any questions about your HSBC Home Insurance policy, please call 0345 300 5898. Lines are open 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm on Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sunday. On public holidays, opening hours may vary.
