This offer is available to both HSBC UK Bank plc customers and non HSBC UK Bank plc customers taking out a new HSBC Home Insurance policy sold by HSBC UK Bank plc, over the phone or online from the 1st April 2021. If you, Aviva, or HSBC UK Bank plc on Aviva’s behalf cancel either your buildings or contents cover or both within the first 30 days of your policy start date, you will not be eligible to benefit from this offer.
This offer applies to the purchase of new policies only and not to policy renewals or amendments.
Each qualifying customer will be entitled to choose from one of the following: a) Weber BBQ Grill; b) De'Longhi Coffee Machine; or c) £50 Argos eGift Card.

Once your policy starts you will receive a choice email or letter (depending on your preference) within 30 days where you can select the option you prefer.
You will need to choose your offer item within 60 days of receiving your Choice email or letter, at which point your login details will automatically expire. The expiry date will also be confirmed in the email or letter sent to you.
After 30 days from the policy starting date, you will receive another email or letter to inform you that you qualify for the offer and when you can expect your gift to arrive.
Only one offer item is available per household.
In the unlikely event that any of your choices become unavailable, we will contact you with alternative options of a similar or better specification at our discretion. No cash alternatives will be offered.
Once you have chosen your gift and received the confirmation of eligibility, it will be sent via Royal Mail Second Class Tracked or Parcelforce depending on the item. Delivered within 30 days to your registered postal address.
