One Night Away Terms & Conditions

  1. Bookings can only be made at participating hotels through MLP’s central reservations line – 01565 831 816. Lines are open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. Please note any bookings made directly with a hotel will not be honoured.
  2. The booking code and instructions on how to book your hotel will be delivered to the mailing address given to HSBC when you buy your policy, within 30 days of selecting your gift.
  3. Bookings can only be made up to 14 days in advance of your stay. Please note that bookings requested on the same day as your stay will not be honoured.
  4. Your night away is based on two adults sharing a standard twin or double room. Where available, for an additional an additional cost, you are welcome to upgrade your room, add additional nights or guests (e.g. to a family room). Prices for any extra nights, room upgrades, and meals are subject to change. Please enquire at the time of booking for costs.
  5. There is no obligation to purchase any additional extras, for example, meals or beverages, however any additional costs will need to be settled with the hotel at the time of purchase or when checking out of the hotel.
  6. Please be aware that once you’ve booked your night away changes cannot be made to the date or venue. Such changes will be treated as a cancellation.
  7. If you cancel your booking, your unique booking code will become void. If you have paid for upgrades, extra nights, guests or meals and you cancel your booking your payment may not be refunded. This is at the hotels’ discretion.
  8. The terms and conditions of each hotel apply. If there are any specific terms and conditions for the hotel you have chosen, you will be made aware of them when you call to book.
  9. Your booking is subject to the hotels’ availability for this offer. This offer excludes bookings for Public or Bank Holiday periods in the UK and Ireland and Valentine’s Day,
    Easter, Christmas and New Year periods. Availability may be limited during other key periods e.g. school holidays.
  10. A maximum of one unique booking code can be used on a single booking. Separate bookings, which are believed to be part of the same party, may not combine their unique booking code to create a consecutive night stay.
  11. Hotels and all information featured on https://insurancerewards.hsbc.co.uk/nightaway/ is correct at time of this offer going live but may be subject to change.
  12. Travel to the hotel and the cost of any travel or holiday insurance associated with the use of the Night away for two offer is not included.
  13. MLP or HSBC accepts no liability for loss caused, damage to property or personal injury whilst on the premises of individual hotels.
  14. This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions by either the participating hotels or MLP.
  15. No cash alternatives will be offered.
