Who qualifies for the offer?

You'll receive this offer if you purchase a new HSBC Life Cover online between the 20th of May 2024 and the 12th of July 2024 and pay your first three premium payments. The minimum monthly premium amount to be eligible for this offer is £5.

  • Customer with premiums between £5-24.99 will receive a voucher of £50.
  • Customer with premiums between £25-49.99 will receive a voucher of £100.
  • Customer with premiums above £50 will receive a voucher of £150.

If your Life Cover is cancelled before you make your third payment, or you do not make your payments, you will not be eligible to benefit from this offer.
For joint policy applications, only one gift is available per policy.
If you apply for multiple policies during the offer period, you’ll only be able to benefit from one gift in total.

How do I choose my gift?

Simply go to the 'Choose your gift' tab, choose your gift. You can then decide if you would like to keep the full amount, or dontate £10 or all of it to Shelter. Then confirm your choice by clicking 'submit'.

Please note you will need to choose a gift within 60 days of the date on your Choice email, at which point your login details will automatically expire. The expiry date will also be confirmed in the email or letter sent to you.

Can I choose my gift without internet access?

If you do not have internet access, please call The Marketing Lounge Partnership (MLP) on 01565 656 457 quoting your unique code and policy number and a member of the team will be happy to help you. The helpline is open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm excluding public and bank holidays. Call charges may vary, and calls may be recorded and monitored. Your unique code can be found on your How to Claim email.

How and when will I receive my gift?

Once you have paid your third premium, you will receive an email inviting you to make your gift choice. Once you have made your choice your gift will be sent within 28 days. Gifts will be sent by The Marketing Lounge Partnership (MLP) who has been appointed by HSBC to manage this offer.

Once I have chosen my gift, can I change it?

Make sure you read the gifts before selecting. Once you have made your gift selection you will not be able to change it at a later date.

How do I make a donation to Shelter?

Once you receive your How to Claim email, when choosing your gift, you will be presented with the option to donate to Shelter. If you select ‘Yes’ you can donate £10 or the full value of your voucher. Marketing Lounge Partnership (MLP) will make the donation to Shelter on your behalf.
